The Oklahoma Bike Summit runs on volunteers. Can you help?

Contact bike shops and businesses for auction items. Collect contributions, Set up tables, establish minimum bids, set up bid sheets, determine winners, contact winners, thank you letters to contributors.

Expo coordinator

Find businesses and organizations, invite, confirm. Collect fees. Set up areas, clean up after.

Work with sponsorship committee. Design and purchase t-shirts. Distribute at registration.
