Opening Remarks will touch on Top 10 Reasons to Bike Oklahoma 

Oklahoma has some beautiful rides, great trails in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, and helpful, friendly people. Still we’re perceived as not supporting and providing bicycle infrastructure, not being a bicycling destination, nor embracing current safety trends such as rumble strip and bridge applications.  Taking from Governor Stitt’s playbook of  getting Oklahoma on the Top Ten lists, the speaker will address just how this can be done with the assistance of various state agencies.
